Founder & CEO
Sachin Verma
Sachin Verma founded Incture with a vision of fostering a workplace that nurtures intrapreneurs by providing them with a platform to create and own digital systems of the future. He is driven by the goal of leveraging technology to help the world run better and improve people’s lives. Prior to founding Incture, Sachin spent 6 years at SAP headquarters in Germany, leading various initiatives on products, architecture, technology, and strategic customer co-innovation.
Sachin enjoys being engaged in outdoor activities, tree plantation drives with local communities, and spending time with his friends and family.

Ritesh Menon
Business Head, North America
Ritesh is responsible for driving customer success and enabling growth for Incture’s key customers and partners in the North America region. He is a Digital Apps evangelist and is a regular speaker at various events. Prior to the current role that he is in at Incture, he has worked in various roles including Solution Management, Architecture and development at SAP Labs. He has an in depth understanding of Project and Product Lifecycle.
Ritesh completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University in Chennai and has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry.
Honey Gyanani
Vice President, Solutions & Technology
Honey Gyanani is a dynamic technology leader with over 16+ years of experience in the IT sector, specializing in innovation and design. At Incture, Honey helps our strategic customers in North America achieve their business goals by guiding them towards adopting the SAP platform. His deep understanding of Enterprise Application Architecture and Business Process Management ensures that our customers can leverage the full potential of SAP to streamline operations and unlock significant value.
Honey holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in Bhopal and has been a part of Incture since it’s inception.
Rajneesh Sharma

Rajneesh is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience covering Enterprise Risk Management, Delivery Operations, and Business Leadership roles. The scope of his advisory services to Incture includes driving Process Excellence, Automation, IT Platform readiness, and Risk Management. He is the Founder and CEO of Homechampz Technologies. In his previous roles, he worked as a Director of Sales Operations with HP and as a Manager, Risk and Business Solutions with Ernst & Young.
Rajneesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from NIT, Warangal and an MBA from NITIE, Mumbai and is an avid sportsperson and trekker.

Ken has over 30 years of experience in enterprise software sales. His journey began in accounting, but a passion for technology led him to Information Services. Since then, he has helped businesses leverage the power of accounting systems, development tools, infrastructure software, data & AI, and business intelligence solutions.
Most recently in his role as RVP, North America Business Technology Platform (BTP) COE at SAP, Ken led a team focused on helping customers solve complex business challenges through innovative technology solutions. This experience, combined with his extensive knowledge across various software domains, positions him perfectly to provide valuable strategic guidance to Incture in scaling Cherrywork Suite of AI-powered digital applications, in North America.
Ken holds a BS in Accounting, CPA, and an MBA in Finance.
Harris Fogel
Strategic Advisor
Harris Fogel is a seasoned industry expert with over 30 years of experience in the Consumer Products industry. As the former Global Vice President of Consumer Products at SAP, he brings extensive expertise in digital transformation and integrated enterprise processes.
During his tenure at SAP, Harris gained deep knowledge in Cloud Platforms, Big Data, and Analytics. He has a proven track record of leading complex engagements for large organizations, forging strategic alliances, and driving expansion into new geographies.
At Incture, Harris leads strategic initiatives within the Consumer Products sector, focusing on Go-to-Market and Demand Generation Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Process Consulting.
Dion Graham
Board Advisor
With over 30 years at SAP, Dion brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in Industry Solutions for Source to Pay. Throughout his time at SAP, he excelled in diverse roles across Sales, Solution Management, Business Development, Consulting, and Partner Alliances. Dion played a pivotal role in SAP’s $4.3 billion acquisition of Ariba in 2012 and has deep expertise across SAP’s procurement solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM, and SAP Ariba.
 As a subject matter expert in procurement excellence, Dion has consistently built trusted relationships with SAP customers.
Stefan Wolf
Strategic Advisor
Stefan Wolf worked for over 33 years at SAP in various roles on the Industry Solution for Utilities. Initially in development and Solution Management, supporting customers and partners pre- and post-implementation. He left SAP as Vice President for the Go to Market Execution for the Utilities industry.
While at SAP he was for over 10 years the SAP utilities contact for ASUG, working with the ASUG utilities teams to build a community and drive education and information exchange across the ASUG utilities members.
Through his work he gained deep insights into the massive transformation the utilities industry is experiencing across the whole field of business processes from asset and service management to energy and markets to billing and customer service. As well as how the SAP solutions and platform can enable utilities to succeed and thrive in this challenging time.

Himanshu Verma
Himanshu has been in the finance and business process industry for over 20 years. In his previous role, he was the global business head for Life Sciences and Technology digital operations, where he managed a team of 12000+ people across multiple locations and projects. Himanshu has also founded Consilx Digital, a life sciences focused organization, and has co-founded ShiftAltCap, an advisory firm for alternate investments opportunities for UHNI’s, HNI’s and Family offices.
