Incture Celebrates One Year of Digital Innovation at its Mysuru Center with Family Day Celebration – Samavesh 2025

The Mysuru Center, inaugurated in October 2024, is one of six Digital Product & Technology Centers operated by Incture across India. These centers serve as engines of digital innovation, product development, and customer success, supporting global enterprises through the Cherrywork Suite of Digital Applications and Intelligent Platforms.

Over the past year, the Mysuru Center has evolved into a strategic hub for SAP integration solutions, quality assurance, and AI-driven product engineering, growing 3X in scale since its inception. The center is expected to expand to over 300 employees in the next few years, reflecting Incture’s sustained investment in Karnataka’s thriving digital ecosystem and talent base.

The newly launched Digital Integration Technology-Center of Excellence (CoE), established in September 2025, reinforces Incture’s commitment to empowering enterprises with faster, scalable, and seamless system integration across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. The CoE brings together a complete talent pyramid, spanning delivery management, consulting, pre-sales, technical leadership, and business systems integration engineering (BSIE), to deliver integration excellence with speed and precision.

Reflecting this commitment to nurturing local talent, Incture has signed an MoU with Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE) in Mysuru. Specialized training programs will be offered to students, equipping them with practical skills to become future-ready integration professionals.

This collaboration focuses on developing the Enterprise Learning Hub, a platform designed to foster industry, academia engagement, promote skill development, and prepare students for future-ready digital careers.

The Mysuru Center is also evolving into a Design and Enterprise Learning Hub, fostering user experience design, continuous learning, and cross-platform innovation. Aligned with Incture’s people-first culture, it continues to advance inclusion and diversity initiatives such as “Bring Her Back to Work”,  supporting women professionals returning to their careers through upskilling and mentorship.

Samavesh 2025 featured a vibrant evening of performances by Incturites, with their friends and families joining the celebration. The event was filled with lively conversations, music, and good food, reflecting Incture’s culture of togetherness and celebration.
