What is the minimum eligibility requirement to apply?
The applicants need to have at least 1 year of relevant experience in their specific domains, even first time to work can apply.
What are the positions open under this program?
There are several positions open in delivery, project management, pre-sales, sales, and corporate functions and capacity.
What will be the work location?
Will there be an internship?
Not all candidates will be offered internships. The hiring manager and the reporting manager will evaluate the candidate and decide fitment depending on several factors such as gap years, relevant experience, and upskilling requirements. Candidates who will be offered internships will receive the title of “Experienced Interns.”
What will be the duration of the internship?
Will there be a stipend during the internship?
This will be decided by the hiring manager during the interview/selection process. All eligible candidates will be provided with a Certification of Internship Completion at the end of their internship period post the internship evaluation. All experienced interns qualifying for a permanent role at Incture will receive a formal offer letter post successful completion of the internship.
