I am deeply grateful for the opportunities to contribute positively to our customers, partners (SAP) and communities they serve. Our joint work and successes have made us the largest SAP BTP specialist partner globally.

RECAP 2024
2024: A year etched in progress. We expanded our team by adding 260 new Incturites, forged alliances with 15 major enterprises, and unveiled 5 transformative Cherrywork solutions. As we celebrate these milestones, we acknowledge the collaborative spirit that fueled our success. 2025 beckons – join us as we build upon this foundation and embark on a future brimming with possibilities.
AWARD & RECOGNITION
Incture secured third-place at the SAP Generative AI Hack2Build
We secured third place at the SAP Generative AI Hack2Build Competition: “Build Business AI Applications with SAP BTP Generative AI Hub.”
Competing against almost 200 SAP partners, Incture’s “Intelligent Onboarding Assistant” was recognized for its innovative approach to Business AI.
It was also featured in Philipp Herzig’s keynote at SAP Partner Connect during SAP Sapphire Orlando 2024.
The solution is an SAP-validated partner use case and listed as an “Accelerator Package” on the SAP Partner Finder.

The B2B Marketing Awards, presented at the B2B World Summit, celebrate top marketers on a neutral and independent platform.
We’re proud to share that the Incture marketing team earned the “Best Integrated Campaign” (Silver) award at the prestigious B2B Marketing Awards.
Our submission showcased the integrated marketing campaign for SAP Sapphire 2023, which achieved remarkable outcomes in reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, retention, and advocacy. Competing in a highly contested category with over 80 submissions — including some of the biggest names in the ITES sector, this recognition underscores the strength of our strategic and creative excellence.

Streamlining Finance Process of a Healthcare Leader with SAP BTP
A global healthcare leader, sought to streamline I2C, P2P, and A2R processes. Incture delivered an SAP BTP-based solution automating email approvals and enhancing collaboration. Key features include a unified task inbox, versatile task actions, flexible task management, robust workflow engine, and advanced collaboration tools. The admin console ensures centralized control and security.

Driving Impact with CONA Services: SAP Integration Suite Success
We’re thrilled to see CONA Services highlight the positive impact of our collaboration. By migrating from MuleSoft to the SAP Integration Suite, we’ve helped reduce runtime costs by 50%, while creating a unified platform to streamline processes across the bottling ecosystem.

Transforming Data Platforms
We co-hosted workshops in Naperville, IL, and Minneapolis, MN, focusing on transforming data platforms with SAP Business AI and Datasphere, featuring impactful customer success stories.
SAP BTP Innovation Day: Spring 2024
We attended the Calgary and Toronto events, connecting with SAP customers and partners to explore cloud adoption, data strategies, and AI-driven innovations with SAP BTP.
We attended events in Palo Alto and Miami, and Chicago. It was exciting to engage attendees on their migration journeys during our session, “Migration to SAP Integration Suite.”
We hosted our inaugural Incture AI & BTP Digital Case Studies Conference at the Cherrywork Experience Lounge at the Sapphire venue. The conference featured demos & case studies from over 100 successful implementations of Cherrywork applications, along with 20 sessions, 24 speakers, and 5 product demos.
At this event, we showcased inspiring customer success stories, highlighting valuable insights and experiences from their digital transformation journeys with SAP BTP solutions.
We engaged with customers at all SAP BTP Executive Summits in Chicago, Philadelphia, and San Francisco. In Philadelphia, we partnered with Jabil’s Anand Lokineni, SAP BTP COE Lead, to showcase BTP’s value in supply chain operations. In San Francisco, we co-presented with Suncor’s Jason Curley, Finance Process Integration Lead, on how AI-driven invoice management is delivering significant cost savings and improved cash flow.
2024 SAP Consumer Products Advisory Council
At the event, we showcased how SAP BTP is transforming the consumer products sector in collaboration with our customer, Philippe Bellon, Information Systems Director at BaByliss Conair. The session highlighted transformative approaches to supplier collaboration, master data management, integration, and custom code mitigation, supported by real-world customer insights and success stories.

Our new Product and Technology Center inaugurated in Mangaluru this April.
We further strengthened our presence with our center in Mysuru this October.
CELEBRATING OUR VALUED CUSTOMER
Digital Excellence Awards: Ideas ’24 Awards
Incture proudly hosted the Ideas ’24 Awards Ceremony, celebrating our partnerships with 23 customers across diverse industries. Award categories included Technology Leadership, Innovation Brilliance, Clean Core Pioneer, and Sustainability Champion, honoring successful project implementations and customer contributions.
DRIVING SOCIAL IMPACT WITH INCHARA
- 42,000 saplings planted across farmlands and institutional lands.
- 900 volunteers participated in plantation efforts throughout the year.
- 110 acres of land covered through our plantation drives.
- 40 farmers benefitted, including 12 women-led farms.
- 10 women workers employed during the monsoon season, ensuring with a steady monthly income.
- An estimated 260,000 kgs of CO₂ will be offset in the next three years through these efforts.
This year, Inchara, our CSR initiative, achieved significant milestones in environmental sustainability and community empowerment.
Together, we are creating a greener future and empowering communities.
