Data & Analytics Lead
Role & Responsibilities:
- Trusted advisor to Incture customers
- GTM of Incture’s portfolio to existing customers and partners
- Understanding customer requirements, scoping, pre-sales, and proposals
- Manages other team members on the Data & Analytics team
- Bring strong expertise and point of view on data and insights
- Deliver thought-leadership and guidance on latest technologies and use-cases
Analytics Proficiency and Experience:
- Familiarity with a range of analytics tools and platforms, expertise in at least 2 platforms and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies
- Experience working with large data sets
- Good understanding of data lakes and data warehousing
- Building operational and strategic dashboards and predictive models
- Data manipulation and transformation
- Business case development and opportunity sizing
- Good understanding of Machine Learning techniques and usage
- Supports delivery organization during delivery phase as an expert/architect on the project
Professional Qualifications:
- 8 or more years’ experience in data analytics, modelling, quantitative methods, ML, databases
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
- Analytical and adept at problem solving and possess a strong technical foundation in Data & Analytics
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft, Snowflake, AWS and/or similar platforms
- Expert with visualization tools (e.g. SAC, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
