Incture announces the appointment of Jyotirmaya Rath as its Executive Director – Delivery and Centre Head, Bhubaneswar. Jyotirmaya brings a strong track record of digital technology services delivery along with a deep understanding of business and technology challenges and opportunities in the global customer landscape

Prior to joining Incture, Jyotirmaya rose from the ranks to delivery leadership since joining Infosys in 1999 as a Software Engineer Trainee. In his role as a delivery leader, he managed 400+ strong team and contributing to the growth of strategic customers. He led several complex programs across Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, Legacy Modernization, and Platform Migration, at Infosys. He strongly believes in empathetic leadership and building a high-performing team culture with a passion for excellence.
