Incture Appoints Major Prashant Palai to Lead People & Culture Function
Incture, a leading provider of digital and AI solutions for SAP customers, today announced the appointment of Major Prashant Palai to lead its People & Culture function.
An alumnus of IIM Indore and the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Major Prashant brings over 29 years of rich and diverse leadership experience spanning the Indian Army and corporate HR – across Business HR, Recruitment, and Talent Engagement functions. He joins Incture from Tata Consultancy Services, where he was the HR Head for a Business Group. A former officer in the Indian Army, for 12 years before transitioning to corporate leadership. His approach to people and culture reflects the same values of discipline, clarity, and purpose that have defined his journey.
In his new role, Major Prashant will spearhead Incture’s people and culture transformation agenda, aligning talent strategy with business growth and organizational agility.
He will focus on embedding people-centric practices across the enterprise, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability; advancing leadership and capability development programs; and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement, experience, and performance.
He will also play a pivotal role in strengthening Incture’s People First charter, ensuring that the company continues to be a workplace where individuals can grow, perform, and thrive anchored in the values of joy, integrity, ownership, and inclusivity.
