QA Manager – Technical
Role & Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and define Test scope, time, and resources for a risk-free release/delivery. Own test deliverables and take full responsibility for the project and team
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, project delivery methodologies and key artifacts, Strong Manual Testing Skills
- Strong domain knowledge (QA as a whole) and Good understanding of SAP ERP with at least 1 module knowledge (Eg: MM, SD, FICO, PP, IS-Retail)
- Good Automation knowledge (framework setup, best practices, tool selection) and Good Programming and tool Knowledge (JAVA/VB Script, Selenium/QTP/UFT/TOSCA)
- Good Defect Management tool knowledge (viz. JIRA; HPQC; etc.) and Performance test tool knowledge (JMeter, Loadrunner, HP Performance Center)
- Should be proficient with Data collection, analysis, problem analysis and solving, Judgement, Decision Making, Excellent communication, and presentation skills
