      Director – SAP COE Alliance

      As the Director for SAP COE Alliance, you would be accountable for driving order booking growth through the SAP Customer of Excellence Executives (COE) covering North America. The role requires you to work with the SAP COE team, SAP Industry team, business, and IT decision-makers at customers to drive business solutions led sales opportunities for net new accounts. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, are: 

      Primary Responsibilities:
      • Manage and deliver Order booking of $1M through the SAP COE channel 
      • Drive pipeline and opportunities jointly with SAP COE team 
      • Responsible for managing relationships with COE team members in NA 
      • Identifying target accounts and mapping them with potential Incture solutions to their needs 
      • Gain introductions to such target customers through the support of CEE team members 
      • Work with Incture sales and presales team in the region to strategize and execute on sales plays to win such target customers 
      • Support COE team to increase adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform in their install base, indirectly influencing SAP license renewals 
      • Develop trusted and deep relationship with multiple SAP and customer stakeholders 
      • Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with SAP COE leaders and management team, and implement corrective actions where necessary 
      • Report to SAP COE leadership team key metrics of the program
      Relevant Experience & Competencies:
      • Experience in consultative selling, business or technology consulting 
      • Exposure to any one of the following industries: Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas 
      • Exposure to any one of the following LOBs: HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Experience. 
      • Experience on SAP based solutions in the above-mentioned industries or LOBs  
      • Business knowledge of the PaaS markets, including deep knowledge of the offerings in the market today 
      • Knowledge in Cloud Solution portfolio: SAP Cloud Platform, Cloud Databases, Data Warehouse Cloud, Analytics Cloud Solutions  
      • Experience on one of the Digital Technologies such as Integration, mobility, IOT, Data and Analytics would be preferred. 
      • Experience on leading digital platforms like AWS, Azure etc and solutioning for customers leveraging cloud  
      • Should have worked on opportunities for Digital solutions in the above industries in North America 
      • Ability to coordinate and bring together several stakeholders for a common objective/outcome i.e. winning customers 
      • Excellent communication skills (written & Oral) 
      • Should have led and managed teams (directly or indirectly) including their effective work allocation 
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure 
      • Strong sense of urgency and adherence to desired timelines 
      • Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand knowledge 
      • Attention to detail and organizational skills 
      • Proven ability to influence others 
      • Open to travel to NA for short durations, if required
