      About the Role

      Incture is looking for an 15+ years experienced SAP Delivery head with an extensive experience in Cloud technology and not limited to cloud transformation, S4 HANA, Ariba, Successfactor and shall be able to demonstrate leadership skills including driving large customer-centric projects across North America region, managing multiple stakeholders, offshore-onsite team management, closely working  with businesses and Functional/Technical teams, Understanding business needs, demonstrating SAP best practices , Project Management skills .

      Job Description:
      • Responsible for managing planning and overseeing Technology project delivery and operational acceptance of solutions deployed into production.
      • Provide input for the solution road map, integrating multiple disparate processes, and addressing short and long term organizational needs
      • Ensure the adherence of standards and SAP best practices.
      • Utilize knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends and implementation experience to translate business requirements into a system and landscape solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution.
      • Maintain regular contact with vendor SAP Basis and infrastructure team regarding work progress
      • Complete quality documentation for the SAP environment.
      • Liaise with the functional SAP experts and business teams.
      • Provide support for other application and services as and when required by customer. Contribute where possible in areas outside of the job holder’s technical expertise.
      • Create documentation and presentations.
      • Ensure that changes to SAP are delivered in line with the business standards in terms of development and testing
      • Ensure that changes to dependent applications are viable in SAP and do not cause a detrimental impact to production
      • Lead activities during upgrades and releases with multiple stakeholders, working with change and release management team.
      • Leads to establish end-to-end project plan and approach and identify risks/issues.
      • Understand technical project planning, constraints, and needs as per the program’s phased approach.
      • Business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of progress.

      Required Skills:
      • Minimum of 15 years leading teams
      • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP North America projects managing US Payroll, HCM practice, SAP S4 HANA technology.
      • Manage the entire product line life cycle for a suite of data products from strategic planning to tactical activities
      • Responsible for driving alignment of operational processes, product enhancements, and new product development to meet a unified design solution.
      • Work with multiple business stake holders, field service personnel, and internal operations, security and support teams.
      • Coordinate all phases of new product development, including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution. Develop overall marketing objectives and strategy and further product development
      • Interact with customer to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions
      • Experience in leading large teams for North America region.
      • Experience in bringing in customer success in cloud transformation.
      • Experience with multi-tier system and service design and development for large enterprises.
      • Cloud strategy guiding principles.
      • Cloud reference architecture and integration public/private/hybrid model Concepts and techniques related to architecture assessment and roadmap creation.
      • SAP Cloud experience is required.
