Incture announces the Winners of Inkathon 2022

Every year Incture organizes Inkathon for the fresh batch of graduate trainees joining the company. The top 5 performing teams are declared winners of the competition. Inkathon is an intensively collaborative programming competition to develop digital solutions and to promote problem-solving, innovation, and team building to drive a culture of learning.

Incture’s Graduate Program is known as Eklavya. Its objective is to train young engineering graduates and provide them with an opportunity to grow in the field of enterprise applications and technologies. It focuses on holistic skill building, including personality development, business communication & ethics, and customer engagement.

This year 54 teams participated in Inkathon with an average of 4-5 members on each team. The teams had to apply their theoretical learning to the practical world and solve the various given real-world challenges.

The competition was held in 3 rounds, in the first round the teams were given live case-based problems, to solve. Each team was assessed based on the presentation skills, teamwork, live solution demo, and creativity and innovation of their solution. 10 teams were selected for the final round of the competition. The finalists were given 2 weeks to work on the feedback provided by the judges to improve their solutions.

Finally, the top 5 teams were selected.
