Key Accounts Manager – North America / India
- End to end account management & owning growth for strategic Consumer Goods/ Retail accounts in North America
- Manage end to end lead gen, sales and RFI/RFP processes. Lead financial and contract terms negotiation and outsourcing strategy for clients
- Should have account managed CG/Retail accounts that are based in North America. Building & managing customer relationships with Business & IT stakeholders.
- Account forecasting and budgeting, managing account operations, manage overall P&L. Manage risks and issues related to the account, including delivery oversight
- Envisioning and creating new opportunities within existing and new businesses
