  • Ensure timely payroll inputs shared with relevant stakeholders every month
  • Ensure smooth transition during salary revision and promotions with nil error in calculations.
  • Facilitating payroll audit
  • Responsible for maintaining & updating leave balance and employee database
  • Responsible for designing and implementing global compensation & benefits policies & programs for India & North America
  • Accurately manage and develop budgets for compensation and benefits expenditure 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations with deep technical knowledge and experience of compensation and benefits
