  • Account mining/farming mindset, know various AM methodologies and proven track record of growing multimillion-dollar accounts
  • Understand the business landscape and customer needs and ability to translate to Incture solutions and products
  • Articulate Incture value and build a strong proposition against existing large SI incumbents
  • A solid presenter and communicator who can promote and sell products and services using a consultative and solution-based approach to existing Incture customers.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales targets. The quota will be between 3-4Mn
  • Has worked on – customer retention, CSAT, NPS, upsell/cross-sell solutions and products as well as custom development
  • Build a qualified pipeline by understanding customer AOP, Account-based marketing strategies and building relationships with various customer stakeholders
  • Is extremely organized and process driven
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing landscape and technologies
  • Broad understanding of the latest digital trends and technologies – SAP and non SAP

Required Skills

  • Industry knowledge in one or more of these IBUs preferred – Consumer products, Manufacturing, O&G, Utilities and other verticals where SAP is strong
  • Ability to coordinate and orchestrate across sales, delivery, business solutions group, finance
  • Ability to build lasting and long relationships with customers – Managers to C-level
