Requirements of this role span across requirement gathering, business analysis, consulting, Incture product & services knowledge, sales and relationship management. The person will have profit & loss responsibilities, need to build the right team to enable client acquisition. He/She analyzes the market and competitive environment to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. Product development lifecycle understanding, Analytics, Customer Engagement, Communication skills are also required.
Sales and Product skills:
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems like SAP
- SAP Business Technology Platform, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services,
- IT Consulting, Sales and Relationship Management
- P&L management
- Knowledge of- Incture’s Cherrywork™ products and applications and Services offerings
• 5+ years in sales/pre-sales/business development roles related to SAP
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering/IT consulting is desirable
• Experience in selling Incture’s products and services to enterprise customers
• Understanding of Incture solution offerings across enterprise processes such as – Intelligent Task Management, AP Automation, Supplier Collaboration, Plant Maintenance, Intelligent Price Management, Predictive Asset Maintenance, Collaborative Order Management, Proof of Delivery
etc.
• Understand the entire software products and services sales and delivery life cycle including strategic and tactical activities
• Work with multiple business stake holders, field service personnel, and internal operations, security and support teams.
• Participate in all phases of product life cycle, including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution. Develop overall marketing objectives and strategy and further product development
• Interact with customers to understand digital transformation journey and act as trusted advisor for success
• Participate in project delivery with oversight and as point of escalation for successful implementation, ongoing enhancements, and maintenance
• Participate in industry events, host seminars for demo of Incture solution offerings, road shows etc to garner visibility and sales
• Nurture partnerships and alliances in the Canada and other North America markets with key product companies such as SAP, AWS, Microsoft etc for joint Go-To Market
