      Digital Marketing Specialist

      Role & Responsibilities:

      1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
        – Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
        – Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
        – Monitor and analyze website traffic and search performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
      1. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
        – Manage SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
        – Optimize ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
        – Conduct A/B testing and provide insights for continuous improvement.
      1. Performance Marketing:
        – Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
        – Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
        – Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
      1. Website Strategy and Management:
        – Lead the development and execution of our website strategy to enhance user experience and engagement.
        – Collaborate with web developers to implement improvements, including mobile optimization and user interface enhancements.
        – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for website management.

      Qualifications:

      • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and website management.
      • Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and website visibility.
      • Hands-on experience with SEM platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
      • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
      • Familiarity with website management, including content updates, user experience improvements, and mobile optimization strategies.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
      • Creative thinking and the ability to collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing materials.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or SEM are a plus
