Facing the impending end-of-life for their on-premise SAP PO 7.5 integration platform, Varian Medical Systems needed to modernize their integration landscape. A JMS queue was implemented at the middleware level to enhance error handling, enabling rapid detection and resolution of failed messages. Custom logging and monitoring capabilities provide Varian with greater visibility into system performance and integration activities. Real-time alerts on critical issues are delivered via integration with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing system downtime.
