    Account Executive
    Role & Responsibilities:

    As an AE in the NA market unit, you shall be responsible to acquire net new customers for Incture in our focus industry verticals of Manufacturing, Consumer Industries, Oil & Gas, and Pharma. You shall be responsible for an order booking quota between $1M and $2M. The ideal candidate should be a team player who can work with internal and external teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, a Self-starter, high on energy and drive with excellent written & oral communication skills, as well as excellent Interpersonal & problem-solving abilities. The candidate must be able to operate independently and should have the ability to lead through ambiguity. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, are:

    • Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory
    • Execute strategic plans to achieve order booking targets and expand our customer base
    • Liaison and coordinate sales plays and plans with SAP and/or other external partners as well as run campaigns coordinating with internal marketing and demand centre stakeholders
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal
    • Participate and build pipeline from various Industry and SAP events
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and position Incture’s digital offerings suitably
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship

    • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
    • Communicate effectively, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Experience in selling Enterprise applications to IT and business departments
    • Experience selling to large enterprises ($1B and above in revenue)
    • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
    • Consultative and Solution Selling experience
    • Negotiation and presentation skills
    • Good understanding of Digital (preferred)
    • Exposure to SAP ecosystem (preferred)
