It is often said ‘Teamwork makes the Dreamwork’ and we at Incture truly believe in our team which makes people achieve outstanding results. To mark the beginning, of the new-age team structure, a two-day ‘Growth-summit’ was organized for the management.

A TEAM can be defined as Together Everyone Achieves More and our Wayanad trip was a step to build the same. On trip, when all the Incturites were together and all the portfolios were discussed, it emerged as an Incture ‘Marketplace’ within the system where every portfolio owner tried to sell his expertise.

 

Focusing on the teamwork and the way organization can grow, Sachin Verma, CEO and Founder, Incture technologies, said, “If you want your organization to grow, it is important that the employees should feel empowered and complete. As they will come together, your organization will automatically achieve its targets,”

The ‘Growth Summit’ was aimed at giving a platform to the top management and build a roadmap for the company. With fun-filled team-building activities, various sessions on the technical portfolios were an add-on to the action-packed schedule. Presentations on newer technology, business needs, sales focus and many other criteria were discussed.

For many attendees, it was the first outbound and they enjoyed it thoroughly. “It was my first outing with our team and being a new employee, it was necessary for me to understand the portfolios. Moreover, as I am from a different background, so the conversation with the technical guys was more in layman language and gave me complete information on each product,” said Anamya Dutta, Business Development Manager, Incture technologies.

Giving a sales approach to the non-technical guys, the session gave a simplified selling idea to the sales team. “With a detailed anatomical study of the various portfolios, I feel, that am a part of the team. As I come from a sales background, it has now become easier for me to sell the products and understand the importance of every role in the company,” said Raphel Devassy, Account Manager, Incture technologies.

 

Interestingly, for the outbound, the whole North-American team was an integral part who tried their best through skype connectivity and were present for all the sessions. “North-America is our biggest customer-base and the team based outta NA is the biggest revenue generator for us. Their presence made us feel complete and the whole team was excited to meet them online,” said Sindhura Edwin, BD manager, Incture technologies.
