It wasn’t long back when the complete human resource (HR) industry witnessed a major shift from paper-heavy processes to ERP (Enterprise resource planning) solutioning. In the recent times, changing world scenarios have forced the industry giants for opting cloud-based ERP solutions.
Understanding current needs, we have successfully delivered our HR solutions on SAP cloud services and on-premise. “Due to frequently changing HR trends, it is difficult for ERPs to update every now and then. This is when our customers approach us, and they want to extend processes digitized using SAP solutions” said Ankit Thakkar who leads the HR Apps portfolio. Incture's HR Apps team extends traditional ERP solutions using advanced technologies such as analytics, mobility and cloud.
Catering to large enterprise customers, INCTURE’s Cherrywork HR Suite has build extensions for processes related to talent acquisition, on boarding, performance management, timesheet, absence management, learning management and off boarding. It’s been more than two decades that the HR role has been revolutionized. With the changing times, Incture’s HR applications have evolved and is one of the most important vertical in the organization.
Today, our apps serve more than 5 lakh users and adoption of HR tools is very high. “We have requirements from the customer to automate several processes and for some of our customers, we have even downsized the team by 20 to 30%” said Sudhir Verma who leads deployments at our strategic customers.
Incture’s, HR applications are used by customers such as State Bank of India, Britannia, Aricent and many others. “For transnational organizations, it’s difficult to ensure process compliance globally without digitization” said Ankit, by adding that this is where our HR apps come in play.
He further added that it’s important to involve your employee and for large organizations, this is only possible using technology. “With our HR applications, it has now become easier to tap the productivity of employees and their performance which can be rewarded or penalized as per their performance,” added Ankit.
It is interesting to note that the whole HR Technology industry is worth 20 billion USD and the enterprises have huge requirement for the HR applications. Advent of AI (artificial intelligence) and ML (machine learning) is going to improve employee engagement in a big way. “We don’t think AI related tools, either it be chatbots, HR analytics or any other tool would ever be threat to us. On the contrary, it will compliment and thus boost the usability of our solutions,” quipped Ankit.
